Each project begins with a detailed site review and soil classification. Lalli designs footing systems that are tailored to ground conditions, site levels and relevant engineering standards across WA..
GROUND FLOOR WALLS AND CEILING.
We prepare engineering drawings for the ground floor slab and wall layout. These documents guide builders on load paths, tie-down points and slab specifications to ensure structural integrity.
UPPER LEVEL STRUCTURE AND WALL.
If a second storey is involved, Lalli provides engineered plans for the upper walls and framing. These plans ensure loads are transferred correctly and the structure complies with NCC standards.
ROOF FRAMING AND LOCK-UP.
The final plans include roof framing, tie-downs and bracing layout. These details help builders take the project to lock-up with confidence in its structural performance and compliance.

Typically any structure that requires a building license requires Structural Engineering, as does any structural modifications. Many other projects require our services such as assessments of existing structures where there may be cracking or visible defects or for asset assessments for damage or programmed maintenance scheduling.
