Andrew began his engineering career in 2010 and joined Lalli in 2012. As Working Director, he oversees the business, guiding the team to ensure they deliver on what is promised . Valued for creative problem-solving and attention to detail, Andrew enjoys time outdoors with his wife and two boys, especially cycling and park adventures.

Brett manages the office, clients and quality control, and since Mike's retirement he oversees day-to-day operations. He still enjoys getting involved in the day-to-day projects and is often on site carrying out complex inspections and problem issues that may arise. Weekends find him riding mountain bikes, rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding and enjoying the outdoors with his family.

Scott has been with Lalli since 2011 and leads the drafting team, ensuring clear, compliant documentation for residential and light commercial projects. He also manages project quoting and internal processes. Away from work, Scott enjoys family time and is a competitive MMA and BJJ athlete, holding three WA State titles.

Josh handles projects from single-storey additions to multi-unit developments, focusing on efficiency and ever-improving design quality while maintaining long-term client ties. Off duty he cooks, entertains friends, follows summer cricket and hopes to tour WA soon with his young family. Triple office footy-tipping champion since 2012.

Guy's role focusses on the structural design of residential & commercial multi-storey structures. Guy enjoys to spend time with family, play soccer, run and cycle to keep fit. As a family, they love to holiday in the south west region of WA. Gaetano has been part of the Lalli family since 2015 and has been in the engineering industry since 1993.

Mark has worked in construction since 1989 and joined Lalli in 1998. As Senior Field Technician, he leads site inspections, investigations, and structural testing across diverse projects. Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Mark brings decades of expertise. Away from work, he enjoys camping adventures and fishing along the WA coast.

Kylie delivers structural drafting for residential and commercial projects with a sharp eye for detail. At Lalli Consulting Engineers since 2007, she brings almost two decades of experience. Off the screen she explores WA with her two children, camping and fishing along the coast.

Danny is a versatile draftsperson handling designs across varied projects and heading to site for dilapidation reports, fieldwork and inspections. A committed Fremantle Dockers fan, he splits weekends between guitar practice and rounds of golf, valuing practical problem solving. In engineering since 2006, he joined Lalli in 2018.

Ben joined Lalli in 2022 and works across residential and light commercial projects, applying his engineering skills to deliver practical, effective solutions. He enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to strong project outcomes. Away from the office, Ben keeps active at the gym and makes fitness a regular part of his routine.

Adrian began his career in steel shop detailing in 2015 and joined Lalli in 2020. As a Senior Draftsperson, he delivers accurate, builder-ready documentation and is valued for his practical problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Adrian enjoys tinkering with cars and motorbikes, combining his technical mindset with a hands-on hobby.

Anthony comes from a  background in exploration drilling working in remote locations throughout the state. He travels statewide for site inspections, soil sampling and compaction testing, operating Lalli’s vehicle-mounted probe from Jurien Bay to Dunsborough and Cunderdin. With construction experience dating to 1990 and at Lalli since 2005, he unwinds by fishing, diving, tending a vegetable garden and cooking the harvest.

Karen keeps Lalli’s administration and accounts humming, drawing on two decades of experience since joining in 2004. A grandmother of eight, she balances spreadsheets with marathon training, regularly running half and full distances. Favourite escapes include Noosa, Maroochydore and Queenstown in New Zealand.

Ana joined Lalli in 2024 and began her drafting career in 2023. She works on single and double-storey residential projects and is expanding her role through site inspections to ensure design accuracy. With a sharp eye for detail, Ana enjoys roller skating, hiking, beach days, and cooking in her spare time.

Jordan began his drafting career in 2023 and contributes to a range of residential projects at Lalli. He brings a fresh perspective and a growing skillset to the team. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing cricket in summer, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and exploring new bakeries and eateries.

Ashley entered the drafting field in 2018 and joined Lalli in 2023. He prepares detailed plans for residential and structural projects, bringing strong CAD skills and expertise in interpreting technical drawings. Outside the office, Ashley is an avid follower of e-sports, traditional sports, and pop culture.
