Soil Sampling Rig

At Lalli’s , we offer a range of site investigations including soil sampling. We have invested heavily in our custom built soil sampling rig. As you’ll see in this video, these machines are operated by our specialist Site Technicians and supported by Lalli’s engineering expertise.

The benefits of this type of fit out is that they can go pretty much anywhere, at short notice, and without causing major disruption. Australian designed and manufactured, these machines are specifically developed for Western Australia’s hard and dry ground conditions and are capable of taking undisturbed soil samples to a depth not achieved in the past. 

The main purpose of soil sampling is to get a sample representative of the typical soil in any given parcel of land. To do this, subsamples are distributed across large areas to ensure the entire area is represented (if required).
